
Forerunner in home digitalization and smart heating
Our cloud platform is designed for 10 million homes. It already includes extensive smart home functionality, much more than you need for smart heating. With us, you do not need another security or smart home system. We use WiFi communication in your home because also for example smart thermostats will soon do the same.

Trim Direct
For direct electrical heating (with wall-mounted radiators, non-storing underfloor or ceiling heating) and/or possible heat-storing or partially storing underfloor heating. Also for houses with a combination of these in different parts of the building. System also controls your possible hot tap-water tank.
System secures desired inside temperatures and minimizes the cost of electricity used for heating. The savings are made by reducing the amount of heating energy by lowering temperatures in according to your living pattern, and shifting heating to less expensive hours. This is done by taking into account building insulation (heat storage capacity), weather forecast, electricity spot price and allowing a temperature variation range defined by you.
Consists of three devices: central unit, control relay and usually one temperature sensor. Your home inside temperature is controlled based on the temperature measurement.
Product can be expanded with needed amount of additional temperature sensors if your home has more than one floor or wing, or different heating methods in different areas. You can also connect possible air-to-air heat pumps to it.
Trim Waterborne
For waterborne underfloor electrical heating, with a water tank of at least 1500 liters. System also controls your possible separate hot tap-water tank.
System secures desired inside temperature and minimizes the cost of electricity used for heating. The savings are made by shifting heating of the tank to less expensive hours. This is done by taking into account the daily heating energy needed by the building, depending on outside temperature, and selecting the cheapest hours to produce the energy.
Consists of three devices: central unit, control relay and one temperature sensor. Your home temperature is controlled by room thermostats as before.
The measured temperature is indicated to you in user interface.
You can expand the package by connecting possible air-to-air heat pumps to it.


Trim HVAC
Expansion product for connecting an air-to-air heat pump to home heating system with a wireless controller.
Controller receives automatic commands from the central unit with WiFi. It transmits them to the pump with infrared just like your present hand-held remote controller. Thus, with our controller you do not need any longer your remote controller.
Controller is wall-mounted sufficiently close to the heat pump. It is simply configured to the system like an additional temperature measurement. No changes are need.
Compatible at the moment with heat pumps by following manufacturers: Daikin, Fujitsu, Gree, Hitachi, LG, Mitsubishi, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Panasonic, Ultimate. List is updated regularly.
One controller is connected to each heat pump in your home.
Trim Solar
Expansion product for connecting home solar panel system to Trim and house consumption loads.
Trim directs solar production to home own loads and minimizes surplus electricity sales back to grid. This is because you have to pay distribution tariff and tax for the surplus sales.
System measures instantaneous production and consumption and when surplus production is detected, house loads are switched on in a predetermined order. Controlled loads include tap water boiler, cooling with air-to-air heat pump, capacitive floor heating and electrical car charging.
User interface shows you instantaneous power balance and its history.
Product consists of three devices: control relay and two energy meters.
